Card Blocking
Our complimentary card blocking service provides extra security and protection. If you lose your EZ-Link card, you can immediately block it to transfer any remaining stored value to a new EZ-Link card.
You can opt-in and register for card blocking via the SimplyGo app. Sign in when you have already reported your lost card and need to nominate a new card.

Block your card on your mobile app
Block the registered lost EZ-Link card via the SimplyGo app.

Email notification
We’ll email you within four to five weeks once the nomination has been completed.

Complete the fund transfer
If another card was nominated to receive the refund, sync the card with your NFC-enabled phone via the SimplyGo app within 90 days to complete the transfer of the recovered funds from your lost card* to your new one.
*The remaining money on the card will only be calculated based on the date and time of your loss report that was made to SimplyGo. All refunds are done via a card-to-card fund transfer. The above are the key required steps to ensure that your card is successfully blocked so that you will receive a refund. If you fail in any of these steps, your claim will expire and you will have no further right to claim the refund of the remaining stored value.
