EZ-Link cards and charms
| Frequency | You can make one top-up per day for public transport use and also make one top-up per day for use at selected retail merchants. |
| Source of Funds | You can use Mastercard, Visa or your bank account (GIRO) as your Source of Fund (SOF). If you are using GIRO for your Auto Top-up, you will have to pay a $2 admin fee if the deduction fails. |
| Termination | To terminate your Auto Top-up service, please bring your card to any SimplyGo Ticket Office for help. Your Auto Top-up service will be terminated in seven days. |
Concession cards
| Frequency | You can make one top-up per day for public transport use and also make one top-up per day for use at selected retail merchants. |

| Frequency | With the Auto Top-up feature for SimplyGo EZ-Link/SimplyGo Concession cards, you can make unlimited top-ups for public transport. For retail payments, you can make 3X top-ups in a single transaction. |
| Source of Funds | You can use Mastercard, Visa or your DBS/POSB ATM card as the Source of Fund (SOF). |
| Termination | You can terminate the Auto Top-up service immediately by using the SimplyGo app. However, please wait 24 hours before making a new Auto Top-up application. |
