Auto Top-Up Service for EZ-Link and Concession cards

Essential information you need to know about the Auto Top-up service:

EZ-Link cards and charms

Frequency	You can make one top-up per day for public transport use and also make one top-up per day for use at selected retail merchants.
Source of Funds	You can use Mastercard or Visa credit cards as your Source of Funds.
Termination	To terminate your Auto Top-up service, please bring your card to any SimplyGo Ticket Office for help. Your Auto Top-up service will be terminated in seven days.

Concession cards

Frequency	You can make one top-up per day for public transport use and also make one top-up per day for use at selected retail merchants.
Source of Funds	You can use Mastercard, Visa credit cards or your DBS/POSB bank account (GIRO at Top-Up Kiosks) or your DBS/POSB ATM card (at Top-Up Kiosks).
Termination	To terminate your Auto Top-up service, please bring your card to any SimplyGo Ticket Office for help. Your Auto Top-up service will be terminated in seven days.

Frequency

With the Auto Top-up feature for SimplyGo EZ-Link/SimplyGo Concession cards, you can make unlimited top-ups for public transport. For retail payments, you can make 3X top-ups in a single transaction.

Source of Funds

For SimplyGo EZ-Link cards and charms: You can use Mastercard, Visa credit cards or your DBS/POSB bank account (via SimplyGo app).

For SimplyGo Concession cards: You can use Mastercard, Visa credit cards or your DBS/POSB bank account (via SimplyGo app) or your DBS/POSB ATM card (at Top-Up Kiosks).

Termination

You can terminate the Auto Top-up service immediately by using the SimplyGo app. However, please wait 24 hours before making a new Auto Top-up application.
