Terms and Conditions for KOI BB Bear Heart LED SimplyGo EZ-Link charm 

This promotion (the “Promotion”) is available from 13 February 2026 (or such other date(s) as may be stated by KOI Thé Singapore) and shall continue while stocks last, unless earlier withdrawn, amended or terminated by KOI Thé Singapore in accordance with these terms.

Customers must purchase any two (2) KOI Macarons in a single receipt from any KOI Macaron or Signature KOI outlets (“Participating Outlets”) to be eligible to purchase the KOI Red Heart BB Bear 2D LED SimplyGo EZ-Link Charm (“Charm”) at $16.90 (inclusive of prevailing GST, unless stated otherwise) (“Qualifying Purchase”).

KOI Thé Singapore may add, remove or replace Participating Outlets at any time.

For the avoidance of doubt, (a) receipts may not be combined; (b) a single receipt may not be split into multiple receipts to increase entitlement; and (c) the Qualifying Purchase must be made in the same transaction as the purchase of the Charm (unless the cashier expressly permits otherwise).

The charm does not include any stored value. Use of the Charm for transit and/or retail payments (if applicable) is subject to the applicable SimplyGo terms and conditions and system requirements.

Purchase of the Charm is strictly limited to purchases made via the cashier counter only, while stocks last. No reservations, pre-orders, or backorders will be accepted unless KOI Thé Singapore expressly states otherwise in writing. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion and the purchase of the Charm are not available for delivery orders and/or delivery pick-up orders (including orders placed through any third-party delivery platforms).

This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons, discounts, vouchers, or promotional activities (including any storewide/brandwide discounts or bundle promotions, unless KOI Thé Singapore expressly states otherwise).

Each eligible receipt is entitled to purchase one (1) Charm only. KOI Thé Singapore reserves the right to impose additional limits (including per-person / per-day limits) and/or to decline any transaction reasonably suspected to be made for resale, profiteering or abuse of the Promotion.

The Charm is sold on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to stock availability. Once stocks are depleted, the Promotion will end automatically at the relevant outlet(s) without notice.

Please view the list of participating outlets available for purchase on our social media. Only information published on KOI Thé Singapore’s official channels (including official social media pages) shall be valid. In the event of any inconsistency between any advertisement/poster/social post and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

KOI Thé Singapore reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any such amendment, withdrawal or variation shall take effect upon publication on KOI Thé Singapore’s official channels and/or at Participating Outlets, and participation in the Promotion after such effective time constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOI Thé Singapore (and its employees/agents) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered or incurred by any person arising from or in connection with the Promotion and/or the purchase/use of the Charm.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
